How we Operate to Develop & Invest

     Our company sets itself apart by integrating in existing communities, our pledge as a builder is to reserve 5% of our total inventory to support low or income based housing models to reduce stress on the rental community. We provide basic relief services to allow existing homeowners to relieve growing costs of living by partnering with non profit organizations that support our work and assist us with connecting people to services, homes, and ultimately employment.


     Our investors become part of the solution in responsible developments, well planed communities, efficient housing models, while earning first position returns 14% there first year. Our desire is to build partners, if you have anything from $1,000 to $50,000 in a savings, retirement, SIDRA, TSP, HYSA, CD or anything else where your not earning this amount, we want you to give us a call.

Our company imposes a limit on investment sources, to ensure we don't take more than we can handle, and the ability to repay any dent is always secured by the assets or income that we own organically to our company, in short we wont overextend our holdings to hold onto your money.

We will do a introductory call to see how your investment strategy aligns, and how it can be made to best suite your investment needs. After, a contract will be signed by both of us outlining our roles and responsibilities in our company and you as the investor.
